Purpose

The purpose of this Fair Wage Policy is to affirm Safehands Ltd.’s commitment to ensuring that all employees are compensated fairly, equitably, and in accordance with applicable labour laws and industry standards. This policy aims to foster a culture of respect, equity, and financial well-being for all employees.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees of Safehands Ltd., across all operations and locations.

Policy StatementSafehands Ltd. is committed to:

Providing wages that meet or exceed the minimum standards set by local labour laws.
Ensuring that wages are fair, competitive, and reflective of the employee's role, responsibilities, skills, and experience, subject to the Directors' discretion.
Offering transparent compensation structures that employees can understand and trust.
Regularly reviewing and adjusting wages to align with market conditions, inflation, and the company’s financial performance.
Prohibiting wage discrimination based on gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.

Responsibilities

Company Accountant

Develop and maintain a fair and transparent wage structure.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Conduct periodic wage reviews and provide recommendations for adjustments to management.

Management

Approve wage policies and adjustments in line with company objectives.
Address employee concerns regarding wages in a timely and fair manner.

ComplianceSafehands Ltd. ensures compliance with:

Local and national labour laws governing wages and benefits.
Employee job agreements.

Wage Review and Adjustments Wages will be reviewed annually and adjusted based on:

Market benchmarks and industry standards.
Employee performance and contribution.

Grievance and Reporting Employees are encouraged to report concerns or grievances related to wages through the following channels:
